Glazing Monsters

The pinch pot monsters were fired over break, so 6th graders are starting off the new year glazing their monsters.  We talked about the difference between transparent and opaque applications of glaze.  They know the more coats of glaze they apply, the more opaque the glaze color will be.  It will take a couple of class periods to finish these and then put them in for a glaze firing.
